| With 20+ years of construction experience, Darren brings a high level of commercial construction expertise to One Solution. Darren's qualifications include a Certificate IV in Project Management and a Certificate IV in Business Management. His extensive track record showcases his experience and ability, including a $6.5 million refurbishment project for St. Vincent’s Care Services' Toowoomba facility, a $495,000 GLA extension for East Brisbane State School, a $380,000 GLA refurbishment for Macgregor State School, a $362,000 internal and external refurbishment for Good Start Early Learning Centre in Hawthorne (Brisbane), a $600,000 endeavor for South Sunnybank Rugby League Club encompassing new dressing rooms and facilities, as well as a $523,000 GLA refurbishment for Peaks Cross State School. |

The team conducted refurbishments on the bar and dining area of the Northcliffe Surf Club.
Refurbishments at C&K Community Long Day Care
We conducted live internal refurbishments at this community day care, including new flooring, plumbing installations, repainting, and the supply and installation of new joinery. The work was completed over weekends and outside business hours, allowing the day care to operate at full capacity.
The refurbishment of the nappy change room was the first of seven stages, all of which were completed successfully, leaving our client highly satisfied with the final results
Accessibility School Renovation at Beaudesert State School.
The One Solution Commercial division was responsible for an accessibility upgrade at Beaudesert State School, where we constructed an ambulant change facility.

Refurbishments for Queensland Educational Regional Staff
The team performed refurbishments to various rooms within Springwood State Highschool's Regional Hub.
This included, a meeting room, storage area and pod area for 20 staff, of which included the supply and install of new joinery, electrical and data, flooring, painting, and carpentry works.
Project was completed over 4 weeks and handed back to the client prior to scheduled completion date and defect free.
